What qualifications do you require for approval?
- Applications are online only at 904MOVE.COM. Online applications are $25 for each occupant
- An application must be completed for each occupant 18 years of age and older financially responsible
- A non-refundable application fee must be paid by (ALL) financially responsible applicants
- A valid government-issued ID & SS ID card
- Your gross monthly income needs to be 2.5-3X times the rent amount in provable income
- We do not accept child support, workers comp or unemployment benefits as income
- Our security deposits are listed in property info on main page
- Background checks include nationwide felonies within the past 5 years
- Background checks include evictions within the past 4 years
- Future tenants must not have any open balances with past landlords & JEA
- Bankruptcies & foreclosures may increase rental deposit
What would cause an automatic decline of my application?
- Open or recent Evictions, Foreclosures, Current balances with old Landlords & JEA (last 3 years)
- Felonies (in the last 5 years)
- No crimes of sexual nature and or cases related to homicide
- Bankruptcies (2 year's)
Do you accept pets?
- We do not accept "dangerous" dog breeds insurance reasons & liability! $250 per approved pets
What are my rent payment options?
- You can use your CASH APP | Venmo but no credit cards. MoneyGram or cashiers checks are an option for payments to mail to office or drop off
Where is your office located?
- We are located one block south of University West & Old St. Augustine Rd. | 1/2 mile west off 1-95 off University West.
How long does it take for my application to be approved?
- After all required documentation for the application is submitted it will take 24 business hours to be finalized
